The season has officially started at the City-County Athletic
Complex with the CCAC hosting the NSA Girls Fast Pitch "Spring Opener" on April
12 & 13. KCSL, Wave, ISL, and the NISL soccer programs will be in full
swing this Saturday as well as the BPA "Spring Opener" on both Saturday and
Sunday, April 19 & 20.
The CCAC will also be hosting the Aquafina Pitch, Hit, and Run event on April
20th and May 4th this year. Participants must provide a birth certificate
for verification purposes, and must register before competing in the program.
Participants can compete in both events, but only the first attempt at the
competition will be officially recorded, the second attempt will be for
recreational/fun purposes.
Softball sign up's are due This Friday, April 18th, by 5pm at the CCAC office.
Any late entries are subject to a late fee. Please make sure to turn in
your Coach/Team Manager form, roster form, and league dues by this date.
We have also initiated a fundraiser to help teams with equipment and uniform
costs, for more information regarding our "Ticket Fundraiser," please contact
the office.
The batting cages are officially open, and fully functional. The batting
cages pitch both softballs and baseballs at various speeds. From fast
pitch, to medium pitch, to slow pitch. Batting cages are open from 9am
until 9pm daily. Helmets are available at the CCAC main office.

CCAC Brick Paver Fundraiser
The City-County Athletic Complex
has initiated a fundraising program in order to make some major improvements to
the park and the community. The CCAC will be selling brick pavers in order
to purchase an electronic marquee at the park entrance. This marquee will
enable the park to post all park events, including tournaments, league
information, sign ups, cancellations and much more. Become part of the
history of the CCAC by purchasing a commemorative brick paver today.
Each brick paver sold, will be lined along the sidewalks of the CCAC, for
everyone to see your support. Brick Pavers are 4" x 8", brown in color
with black painted engraving. Each brick paver is $50, which includes
shipping & handling, engraving, placement and a certificate of support for your
home. Each brick also comes with a life-time warranty.
